Free includes 1 profile and up to 10 active recurring items. Track subscriptions and recurring expenses, see monthly and yearly totals, and keep upcoming payments together. Standard categories, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly schedules, and basic filtering and sorting are included.

Eligible users can try Pro for 7 days with access to Pro features. Household does not include a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your Pro subscription begins automatically and your payment method may be charged. Trial eligibility may be limited to new users or accounts that have not previously used a paid trial.

Yes. Paying yearly costs less than paying monthly for a full year. The yearly prices shown above are the full annual charge, billed once a year.

No. Household includes up to 5 profiles under one main Sumbell account. The account owner manages every profile. Profiles do not have separate login credentials.

No. Your recurring costs and totals stay separate for each currency. The GBP, USD and EUR plan prices are fixed independently and are not live exchange rate conversions.

You can cancel at any time to stop future automatic renewals. Paid access normally continues until the end of your current paid billing period. Cancelling does not automatically delete your account. After the paid period ends, your account may return to Free and its limits.

Your existing data is not automatically deleted, and you keep access to your account. If you have more than 10 recurring items, adding new items may be restricted until you are within the Free plan limit or upgrade again.

Your profile data is not automatically deleted. Additional profiles may become read only or require consolidation when moving to Pro or Free. You will be informed before the downgrade takes effect.

Sumbell provides a voluntary 7 day refund period for your first paid purchase, subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy. This does not replace or reduce any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
