You choose which subscriptions and bills to add, then enter the details yourself.
Sumbell does not connect to your bank, import transactions or discover subscriptions automatically. It does not make payments or cancel services with their providers.
What you share, and why.
The information involved depends on how you use Sumbell.
Account details
Details such as your name, email address and account settings help identify your account, manage your preferences and send necessary account messages.
Recurring records
The names, amounts, currencies, schedules and dates you enter provide the basis for your recurring totals and upcoming payments.
Support messages
When you contact us, your contact details and message help us respond to your question and follow up on your request.

Personal information is not for sale
We do not sell personal information. We use it to provide Sumbell, manage accounts and respond to requests.
No advertising or behavioural tracking
Sumbell does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies or behavioural tracking technologies.
Service providers have a purpose
We may share information with service providers where needed to operate Sumbell, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Choose what you add and get in touch when you need help with your personal information.
Keep your records up to date
Edit details when a price or payment date changes, update a record’s status, or delete a record you no longer need. Changing a record in Sumbell does not change the service with its provider.
Only add the details you need to track your costs. Keep passwords, authentication codes and full payment card numbers out of your notes.
Make a privacy request
For questions about your personal information or to request account deletion, email contact@sumbell.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Account deletion and cancelling a paid Sumbell subscription are separate actions. Make sure any paid subscription is cancelled where required. See the Privacy Policy for deletion and retention details.
